I've been working out like crazy... so why am i feeling more hungry than i u!


Question: i eat around 1000 calories/ day.. burn about 1100/day because i was told i'm supposed to burn more than what i eat.. but i'm controlling my eating habits BIG time..

I used to weigh 165 now i'm 140 .. i want to lose 10 more lbs.. but recently.. i've been feeling more hungry....

It's because you are burning more calories than you eat so you're not gaining any calories and therefore more hungry.

You're burning more calories than you eat... So what is your body's energy source?

If you work out a lot, and keep up your negative caloric intake, that could have serious reprecussions on your health. Eat a little, it will make you feel better and help keep you healthy.

try eating around 1200 or 1300 and burn about that much but you need to eat enough so you don't pass out or get dehydrated. hope this helped

I was told you are only supposed to burn half of the calories you take in. You are hungry because your body is starving.
