Run for 30-40 mins 5 times a week. Lift for 3 days during the week for 20-30 mins. Give up white bread, fast food, drinking, and fatty foods. Drop calorie intake to 1400 and make sure to write it down to see where your at. I gaurenttee if you follow this you will lose at least 20 of the 25 lbs if not more.

week 1 excersise alot because it helps lessen the pain of ur bones during the next few weeks..
week 2 watch ur diet dont eat anything unhealthy like fries..or oily food..and excersie 3 days
week 3 foolow week 2
week 4 follow week 2
week 5 follow week 2

week 7 follow week 2
week 8 u need to start excersiing 5-6 times a week stay healthy
week 9 excersie and make sure u maintain that goal!

good luck, and make sure u eat right. and dont starve ur self crash dieting is real bad...so make sure u eat good foods and excersise but not so much that u faint lol a minumum that is wat i wu do it wnt be very hard good luck! ^^^^^^^

If u r going to exercise make sure u really sweat after 30-45 minutes, and keep excercising after 30-45 minutes, u start to burn fat after 30-45 minutes, so make sure to excercise more than 30-45 minutes.

WATER, WATER, WATER, & MORE WATER!
It helps you lose weight really fast.

Also, lay off the bread, sweets, and carbs.
Mostly stick with fruits, veggies, and meats.

Read Atkins. You can eat a good diet with lots of protien and fat and still get slim and not be starving all the time.

You really shouldn't lose more than 2 pounds a week. It's not healthy. However, when you start eating better and exercising, the weight can come off fast in the beginning and then taper off. INcrease your fiber to get at least 25 grams a day. That will help you feel full without eating as many calories. Don't drink your calories, switch to water. And stay well hydrated. Exercise.
