Question: Does 50-100 crunches and 15-20 push up and Air Bike Crunches And Reverse Crunch help u get abs? I used to do that like 2-3 times a day And if its good rountine HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE?

Ok, i used to do crunches and sit-ups.
and some pushups.
I started feeling the results after about a week.
But.....
You may not SEE the results until 2 or 3 weeks later.

but dont do what i did and quit when you start feeling the results.

in a month.

you're more disciplined than me.

sounds good. i started doing 100 situps a day for swim practice and i noticed that i was starting to get abs within 2 weeks.
