How do u make a split???!


Question: How do I make a split? Should I excersive first or no??? When I was at school I heard my frinds say "ooh i can make a split, ooohh me tooo me too" and stuff like taht
When they asked me im like" yeah i can do that too"knowing in my mind that I couldnt but I didnt believe them either that they can make a split
But they showed me and they could while I couldnt show anything cuz I couldnt>>>>
GUYS CAN YOU HELP ME WITH SPLITS??? HOW DO i MAKE A SPLIT??? DO I NEED TO EXCERSICE??? PLEASE HELP ME?? IF i NEED EXCERSICE WHAT KIND WOULD IT BE???

You just need to stretch and practice it. That's the only way, there are no secrets to it.

stretching! do the butterfly alot, and act as if your doing the splits but don't force yourself. Just to it enough to you feel a stretch. It will take a while but eventually you'll be able to do a split.

You don't need exercise or anything, all you need is to stretch you leg tendons daily and in about a month try doing split again. You will be able to.
