you can be too thin, and although thin is in, you may not be healthy.eating balanced meals will satisfy your hunger, and please stay away from the smokes, caffine, drugs, and junk food as much as possible, if not completely.there is more to beauty than the shape of your body as well.Beauty comes from within.strenous exercise helps me stay strong and I m pushing 60.Try exercising with all of your might and get your heartrate to its max of 240 bpm. for fifteen minutes per day for a while and see the results.the body is a machine and that is the truth and when you become strong from exerecising and eating right and drinking plenty of water you will win the heart of someone I am sure. Now for the biggest secret of all, please stay with it you are young and I will bet you money marbles and chalk if you stay with this regimen of diet and exerecise you will be the most beautiful creature on the planet. go for it and you will never be sorry......sincerely Herman Schwartz ps. the theme is use it or lose it.Also if one eats right and exerecises daily you will learn to concentrate on the areas of your body that need attention and you will have a strong body and a smart mind.one more thing just take it a day at a time and you will know natures best kept secret. so long my friend and please pass the word along if you wish.

strength training, weights is the way to go.....Good luck!

one word.... Exercise... it is not magic

you need to gain some weight

put the body shaping lotion.

LOTS of sex.......it really works and you enjoy it too........Need a partner?

weight lifting should do you good.

pilates tones those areas

Go for Yoga and pranayama. It will tone up the system and balance your physique.

go running.. that helps get rid of body fat/ (you can start by 30 mintues a few times per week)
if you don't like running, you can also do squats (thighs and butt)/ [around 15 of them]
sit ups or crunches (abs)/ [50 minimum]
trying to eat less cheese, cream or food with a high percentage of fat will also help..

do some cardio aerobics and weight train to tone up in those areas. remember muscle is heavier than fat. Do exercises that will target your problem areas.

Run.

sounds like your thin enough - but i would suggest there is nothing wrong with toning what you do have - use a low weight - 5 lbs maybe - and do normal excersizes - cant think of the proper names so ill try to explain them a little -

curls
the one for biceps where you get on all fours and raise the weight back wards with arm bent -
biceps where you hold your arm straight ( like above )
if you buy 5 lb weights for your legs - do leg lifts , stairs ( you know right foot up left foot up right foor down left foot down left foot up right foot up ect ...
turn around and do the stairs backwards -
hold weights with arms out and do side bends and twists -

you really wont do anything except tighten what you have and loose a little fat .... but depending on your height and the way youare built dont be too skinny ok - im 125 and a size 4 so i know your not that big - but i know girls who are 110 and look bigger than me so........

basically just use a low weight and repeated movements -

Everyone is right with the weights, but it's important how you do them...if you're looking to tone up (it seems like that's what you're going for) you want to use lighter weights and do a lot of repetitions if you want to build muscle mass (probably not based on your description of yourself) you'd use more weight but do less reps.

Pilates is an awesome way to get a good body without losing too much weight!!
It's not aerobic so it won't make you lose heaps of weight like cardio, but it tones your body amazingly and gives you a great lean, shape.
It also improves your posture.
I actually find it fun to do.
The tone it gives you is also very feminine.
You could go to the gym and do it OR another more convenient way is to buy a pilates DVD and do it at home :)
