How can i get better legs???!


Question: Here's the thing, im super skinny everywhere, and look good elsewhere, but my problem is i have bigger legs. it looks weird when a skinny guy has bigger upper legs, and i was wondering how to make it not so big around there??? I walk and bike a lot, but that just builds muscle. i wanna lose some of the fat there. any ideas??? i dislike having bigger upper legs while the rest of me is skinny.

well its a catch 22... u exercise more or if u go on an aggressive exercise program with weights u build more muscle....

u need the exercise to slim them down, but without making them more muscular.... ok.. what i suggest.... cut alot of your carbs out.... reduce them.. this will help u drop alot of the fat in that area..

workout your calves more so they get bigger, but skip your quads.. as if u squat or do legpresses they will get bigger.... do alot of cardio.. cardio will not add a ton of muscle to your quads.. once your already use to doing that.. its not going to make them much bigger, unless u squat and legpress like i said... so try doing that...

I have the opposite problem lol I have huge calves. It would look better if you had bigger calves and other muscles. stretch your calves by going from tip-toe to normal a LOT. Don't hold it or anything, just do a lot of it. Also try to get your feet to go as far back as possible, like when you do a push up, try to get them level to the ground. This is a great thing for stretching. If you just want them smaller don't exercise as much as usual, work on other parts of your body. Good luck!
