chicken, tuna, salmon have zero carbs. egg whites have little to none. stay away from enriched white flour! it is evil.

you can have brown rice, whole grain bread and cereal in moderation, dont overdo it!

Jello, and Tuna have 0 Carbs!

I've been eatting it lately

(:

Oh yahh, and stay away from grains.

Cereal, Bread, Chips etc...

By the way, its very difficult to do this!

Don't cut carbs... Its bad for your body. You just need to regulate what you eat and the portions as well as a regular exercise regiment.

Any protein; chicken, turkey, salmon, tuna, egg whites.

The truth is you do need carbs in your diet but the right carbs.
Eat oatmeal, brown rice, whole grain pasta, shredded wheat cereal.

Stay away from WHITE BREAD. hope that helps

you really can't lose weight "in a certain area." weight loss is actually a total-body effect, because you can't pick a spot and tell the fat to leave from that specific spot. and another thing is, you should always have good carbs in your daily diet. eat beans, brown/wild rice, etc. etc. because carbs will give you the energy you need to move around and do those exercises. if youre lethargic you wont burn calories. dont fall for the "no-carbs" diet...lean protein and good carbs support your muscles and workout routines.

You don't want to cut carbs out of your diet. What you want to do is eat the right kinds of carbs. Carbs very at how fast they enter your bloodstream. You want to eat carbs that enter slowly and avoid the ones that enter rapidly. Do a search for The Glycemic Index. It rates all the foods with a number from 1 to 100+ ,with table sugar being the benchmark at 100. Peanuts are 13, Carrots are 90, snickers bar 43 and dry rice cakes are a whopping 110 (yes MORE FATTENING than table sugar). Try to balance 4 or 5 smaller meals with 40% carbs 30 % protein and 30% fat. If you avoid the high glycemic carbs for a week or so you won't have the cravings for them ( its true, eating the sweets makes you crave the sweets). This is caused by bloodsugar levels going up and down like a yo-yo. I say sweets because they are usually the worst, although carrots, corn and bananas are nearly as bad for causing bloodsugar spikes. This is the reason we need the glycemic index , some fruits and vegetables are nearly as fattening as sugar and the staple of many diets (RICE CAKES) are the WORST possible food to eat to lose fat.
