Can i lose weight before May!!! If so How?!

Question: Yes, you can always lose weight whenever you want. The best advice I can give you is to find out how many calories you need to maintain your weight per day, than subtract 500 calories from that. You can find out your needed calories at http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/b... Also, do not eat any carbs at dinner due to the negative effect it has on your HGH production. One thing that made a profound weight change with me were three things: 1. cut out all sodas
2. drink at least two liters of water a day(one liter if not very active) 3. Do some cardio for at least 40 min - 1 hour. I will not lie to you and tell you that it will be easy, losing weight and becoming healthy is a lifestyle change. Do not get down on yourself if you are not losing as much as you want, it will all come off in time with hard work. One last thing, if you are losing 1-2 lbs per week, you are doing good and being safe. I hope this helps you.

yes you can - setting captives free is a new way of taking care of ourselves. it is available at Christians in Recovery.org. I guarantee it will change your life. Take a peek. There is a 14 day trial to review information.

Healthy diet and exercise.
http://www.clearhealthandfitness.com/h... You can aim for 1-2 pounds a week, which is a safe and healthy weight lose.

Exercise everyday. Aim for 10 000 steps a day. Watch what you eat and the portion sizes. Eat and get satisfied because if you don't then it will seem like you are food obsessed with food on your mind all the time.

the obvious way - limiting calories and working out

there is no magic cure, thats how it works.

yes, eat 20 powdered donuts a day and drink lots of Koolaid

I have lost 5 kg or about 11 lbs (not a lot, but I am not very overweight) over the last 6 months and hardly changed my diet or my exercise routine... I don't have one... I am 40 and never go near gyms. I cycle when the weather is good (which it hasn't been for months), but rarely more than 10 mins.

What I have done to lose weight is:
1. Watch Paul Mckenna's "I can make you thin" - you can find them on Youtube. His TV-series is short (4 episodes) and a great way of eating less without even thinking about it. He has a book and CD (hypnosis or NLP). The key is to (a) eat really slowly and only when you are hungry and (b) stop comfort eating and kill the cravings
.
2. Buy a pedometer /step counter. I walk a lot more now than I did 6 months ago almost without thinking about it.
This is I think much better for your health than dieting, costs nothing (except the 5$ for a pedometer) and takes no time.

Hope this helps!
