I am 5'8" and iM 14 AND I WEIGH 170 POUNDS. DO I NEED TO LOSE MORE WEIG!
Question: If you were a boy I would say
at 5-8 you would be 135-140 lbs for
athletic build
and 160 for solid build
as a girl many things contribute to weight
some women have very large bones
and thus weigh more
Out of my 3 daughters 2 were big boned
and weighed more
but both of them are more stable in thier relationships
than my thin "jaylo look alike"
Ill give a for instance (me at 13-14)
I was 4'6" 145 lbs and 13 in 8th grade
laughed at by most of the kids for being heavy
but a good student and teachers aid
over the summer I changed
grew to just over 5'6" almost 5'7" and dropped to 135lbs
in my 9th grade freshman year
I student taught Geometry (teacher in room)
Lettered in Cross Country Wrestling and Track
Was Vice President of my Computer club
(daily meetings in Rodeo Oil Refinery MOBIL)
Was Democratic Whip of Student Government Body
High school had 14,000 + students we had full government
structure
I was busy I loved it had over 5,000 signatures in my yearbook

dont go worring about figure and weight
to the point thats all you think about
Get involved do stuff
activities sports etc
the weight will take of itself
you will be the weight your body wants

Thats is up to you. im 22 5 11 and i weight 140. so people are comfortable with their wieght i am are you?
Best thing to do is to check with your family doctor or a nutritionist for some help. It's hard to know without a lot of technical details, like your body mass index number, your level of physical activity, what and how you eat... LOTS of details.

it says you are slightly overweight. It says 164 is the highest healthy weight healthy weight but it would be different for everyone because everyone has different bone structures. I hope I helped.
You are very tall for your age. It's not about how much you weigh. How do you feel. Do your clothes fit? Are you healthy?
If you want to lose weight - try making healthy choices with food. Try to have a balanced diet and enjoy your favorite exercise at least 3 times a week. It is helpful to exercise with someone - it makes it more fun and less effort.
