Question: Well i've been struggling to lose weight the past 5 months. I want to lose this fat just in time for summer. Im 17 years old, I weigh 145 and I'm 5'7.5". I just need help to create a meal plan that can go with my school schedule.

Judging by your height and weight, you don't sound overweight. I would suggest a regular exercise program of cardio exercise and weight training. Muscle burns more calories and keeps your metabolism going stronger. And by doing that you will certainly lose weight.
Also regulate your calories. If you eat a small snack every 4 hours your metabolism wont stop. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and don't eat anything after 7 pm. Goodluck.
