Question: Ok im trying to eat healthier(not really lose weight) But like once a day ill have a handful of dry plain cheerios. is this bad?

No, cheerios are pretty healthy, not much sugar, no fat, it's mostly fiber and carbs. Have your handful.

Well I am just a little confused, do you mean you only eat a handful of cheerios a day or a handful for a snack?

If its the first, its very unhealthy because your not meeting your nutritional needs like protein, carbs, and fats. Literally, you are starving yourself.

If its a snack, go for it. Its a pretty healthy choice.
