Couple Weight questions...?!

Question: I'm 14 like 28 inch waist and 125-130 pounds like 5 foot 3 or 5 foot 4. Is this too much?

Also my weight HUGELY fluctuates daily like in the morning I'll be like 124 and when go to bed I weigh like 131. Yes that much of a gap sometimes! Usually it fluctuates 3-5 pounds, but come on...I didn't think I ate that much! And the thing is, I lose it again by morning, so I'm 3-5 pounds lighter again after like sleeping! What is up with that? Thanks for answering!

Stop weighing yourself. YOU ARE FINE!!! don't worry about your weight, just to stay healthy eat healthy and have regular exercise.

try eating japanese sea foods.

Your burning calories. Your body just burns calories just about doing anything. So that's why your weight is on and off. But ya its seems good for your age and your height.

u are fine u dont need to worry about ur weight

130 is a good weight for u and actually it is average

and about the weight flucuating its ok it happens to me to ill way 149-150 in morning and 153-155 at night

I own a health and nutrition business and have taught fitness. The weight fluctuations you are seeing are normal. Your body absorbs fluid during the day and loses it at night. I go through the same thing. We all do.
Quit weighing yourself so much. It won't change a thing. You should only weigh yourself about once a week, if at all. Any differences in weight you see otherwise is just "water weight".
That doesn't mean you shouldn't drink water, by the way. Matter of fact, if you are trying to lose weight, you should be drinking LOTS of water, as it helps to flush your system. When you are trying to lose weight, it is important to do that so that your body won't try to retain water.
As far as whether your weight is too heavy or not, you shouldn't be going by weight. It doesn't tell you what you really need to know. Remember that muscle is much heavier than fat. I have seen people who had a lot of lean muscle because they were very fit at your height and weight who looked absolutely thin, and I have seen people at your height and weight who had almost no muscle and looked fat and flabby. Muscle burns more calories than fat, so if you are worried about whether you are fat or not, then get your metabolism up by getting active and exercising and tone yourself up so that your ratio of fat to lean muscle comes down. This ratio is called Body Mass Index, or BMI and is a far better gauge of how much is too much than simply weight could ever be.
