What happens when you don't eat alot of food?!

Question: This happened to me when I developed type 1 diabetes. Eventually, your body will begin to convert it's own fat and muscle into energy. Basically, you will be eating yourself from inside. This not only causes drastic weight loss, but it produces ketones and acids (toxins) in your system. If this condition, called ketoacidosis, becomes severe enough, it will kill you.

you die you dodo brain or you could be skinny with your not

you loose weight?

your body doesn't get the nutrients or calories (for energy) it needs. you will go into "survival mode" and your body will run on minimal resources. your metabolism will go down. when you start eating normally again, you will gain weight faster because your body has adapted to doing without fuel. if you don't start eating normally again, you can experience loss of muscle tissue and possible even organ failure depending on how little you're eating.

you can develop stomach and GI problems. You can have difficulty paying attention or retaining information. Most cognitive funciton will be affected becuase you wont be getting proper nutrition to support it. You will probably become fatigued....your hair and dental health will suffer to. You dont need to eat a lot of food. Just eat what you need to be healthy and fit...oh and youll prbably lose weight, but when you begin eating normally again, you will gain weight faster than before becuase you brought your metabolism down.

u get skinny n possibly unhealthy

you will get sick. your body will eventually shut down. your blood pressure will drop and you will feel week and shaky

It is not quantity but quality. A nutritious meal does not have to be a big meal I do it all the time. Total 10 to 12 Oz's of a blend of minerals, protein, vitamins, fiber and this lasts me for up to 4 hours. Best of all it tastes great and I have lots of energy.
