Preteen belly fat!!?!


Question: ok im a preteen i have a lot of belly fat im not overweight im pretty health but i want my belly fat gony when i sit or somenthing i feel fat because i have a lot of rolls of belly fat. i want a safe way to lose it with out going anerexic or somenthing. i know to eat healthy but how should I work out is their a way to lose it faster. oh dont tell me to do crunches cause ur not getting to lose belly fat that certain way i heard it ona show or somenthing but i have a exercise ball PLZ HURRY i want to lose it in less than a week oh one last thing if i lose my belly fat will my jeans fit looser? will i need to get a size smaller which i dont want. my mom does know about this as long as its not going over board. plz hurry and fast remember im a preteen

As a mother of a preteen girl here is my opinion. Preteen girls sometimes have what used to be called baby fat. It is kind of an awkward period before you get taller and then, if you eat a reasonable healthy diet (not a bunch of fast food and candy) you will thin out. Because you are a female your body is getting ready for that wonderful change called puberty. I would say love your body and work with what you got. If you still think you are too big (not by Hollywood, standards) drink more water, cut out sodas (even diet ones cause the carbonation swells your belly), cut out fast food (it's loaded with chemicals that swell your belly) and eat small healthy meals every 3 hours or so. Finally say good things about your body; if you keep saying "I have fat belly rolls", you will. Good luck. I forgot to mention the most important part, get some form of exercise every day for 30 minutes. Run, Jump, dance, play sports what ever just move.

its probably still baby fat so u have 2 grow out of it.but other wise do wall squats 4 about a minute each.

When you are of that age, you usually still have your belly fat. I remember when I was 12 I had a pretty big belly..after grade 9 it slimmed out a bit and now in grade 11 I have only a thin layer over my abs.

It just goes away with time. However, just skip the junk food, pop (including diet), drink lots of water..maybe join a dance class! It will shed away faster then.
