Haven't used it, but anything that makes you crap your pants can't be that healthy for you.

Be prepared to wear a diaper! Hopefully you work next to the toilet.

heard abt it...deathy scared of it...I know someone who was on it for a week and she crapped her pants at least 10xs ....so there ya go
