Well if you can admit that, then I guess it's the right tme for you to find the way to optimum lightness. Sometime it takes a real reality check to get the motivation to start. I know I decided to lose weight 10yrs ago and finally after suffering so many weight related problems I made a commitment. I was over 400 lbs this time last year. I found a system that was easy for me and lost 31lbs the first 30 days and 70 lbs in 60 days and 94 lbs in 90 days I went on and lost 114 lbs in 113 days and won a national body challenge. Over 2200 people entered the contest. I also have continued the program and to date have lost 163 lbs and I started March 10th 07. So this is to let you know if you make a commitment to transform your body and find your authentic self it WILL happen. This is the year you will reclaim your spirit and sanity. I followed a plan that is not even a diet and gets results. Anyway start by drinking more water and everything that got you to 300lbs set aside for now, they will still make them when your done! Decide then what you want to put back into your life. I beleive you will have a whole different outlook when your done!

well the best i can think of is go to the gym and run. also try to eat healthy foods and drink things low in sugar like water, juice, etc.

j/k, well not jk about the fact of it making people loose weight, but jk about don't do it...never mind... Anyway, do a lot of working out, and eat right.

well, first you have to admit that your fat. Then you have to get an ipod or another type of motivator. Then if u cant affords the gym, go running and dont do normal curl ups. look on the web for more effectve curlups. theyll hurt more but you will loose weight faster. just constantly move and the nmost important thing is diet. Even if u just minimized the amount of food you ate. you will loose weight cuz your body is use to burning that amount of calories you eat per day. So your diet doesnt necesarily have to be fruit just lower the amount of food you eat just eat less. After a while you will lose weight until a certain point. then you need to lower your calorie intake even lower. Its simple

you know the drill: exercise and diet; burn more than you consume etc. if you want the specifics, you should first go to your doctor/nutritionist to let him/her know that you want to go on a diet. he/she will help you get on the right track and make sure that you're losing the right amount of weight in the right amount of time. eat smaller, well-proportioned well-balanced meals that include all healthy food groups in the food pyramid. you will need some fat in your diet, but substitute it with healthy fats such as natural seed/nut oils, olive oil, etc. with patience, willpower, and motivation you can lose at least 1-2 lbs a week, if not 3. you will shed faster in the beginning, but it will get tougher in the end, so don't give up when you almost get there. good luck!

Eat healthier. No junk food and no sweets!
Drink lots of water and don't eat more than 1500 calories a day.
Walk every day for at least 20 minutes at first then work your way up until you're able to walk 45 minutes and when you're able to walk 45 minutes...start jogging for 10 minutes then work your way up again. Since you weigh almost 300 pounds you're going to lose weight fast and make sure you keep the diet strict! Fight those cravings!

run run run run thats all i got to say b/c i was about 270 and i ran and now i way 190 and i was eattin good and stull like thats

take a visit to LA weight loss centres... trust me it works! i did it and i lost like 30 pounds fast :P lol and i've seen some ppl who've done wayyy more... just go in and they will give u a menu plan all u have to do is eat specific portions of like each food group and if u want u can exercise 2 (that will make it go even faster and it will tone) trust me it works and it's the best thing you'll ever do!
