do sit ups. and get a lot of exercise. like jogging everyday in the morning is good. just keep on sweating. its the key to having a good body and health. and dont eat to much oily, fatty, junk foods. eat properly cooked foods. not canned. and lower your rice consumption. but never skip meals. thats already bad for your health.good luck!!
what ever suits you really my mum went on the atkins and she lost loads and weight watchers has been around for years so that must work i hear slimming world is quite good
It will help you in choosing your foods if you know your metabolic type (protein, carb, or mixed). One you know that you will be able to adjust whatever diet you choose to suit you.
