scales are rubbish.

you've probably lost body fat but gained muscle mass!
look in the mirror, then decide if it's not working.

Broken scale?

Drink more Nestea..

don't eat past 7:00 at night. no caffeine. you might want to work not just your legs, but lift weights and other things like that. maybe your scale is broken ;]

try sit ups and push ups... you need to work that body, not just run on the treadmill and ride the bike... get a diet cookbook! SouthBeach diet is awesome!

Increased muscle mass?

Yea sometimes I have the same problem . When I am on a diet I do not loose weight and vice verse :D:D:D Don't know what the cause might be :D:D:D

You are turning (excuse the word) fat into muscle. And muscle weighs more than fat. Important thing is that you are probably taking inches off your waist, hips, etc.

you are spending too much time working on the legs. I would drop the bike and lift light weights, it works faster. The treadmill is good because it is cardio.

What have you been eating. You say you cut out all soda and ice cream that's no enough.

when you haven't exercised in a while, or when you change habits and try to lose weight, your body goes into starvation mode. You need to write down what goes in, not just pay attention to what is not going in. Althouth you do need to exercise, you need to eat back those calories. I know it sounds totally bizarre. Right now, your body thinks it's starving and won't give up anything. Fat does not turn into muscle. You build muscle from what you've got, and burn fat.

burn more calories through out the day. go for a walk or something

u need enough sleep, at least 8 hours a day. If you have to much stress that can cause rapid weight gain and keep you from loosing weight. U should try doing yoga or other relaxation and cut out the bike. 30 minutes of cardio is sufficient, you need to RELAX and good things will happen...

you are still eating too many calories.

You may need to tighten up your diet a bit. Try cutting down on carbs. Eat fish, lean meat, chicken, salads, and veggies. Drink only water. See if that helps.

you gotta eat more to lose weight, it sounds odd but you should eat at least 6 small meals a day, start at 5 am and work it out from there, the body needs fuel to burn but you got to eat the right stuff, tuna, brown rice, oatmeal, eggs, cheese, etc....... but in small portions and dont eat to get full, eat to energize!!!! stay under 1000 calories for the day!

probably nothing, you may be only making muscle instead of making fat, you might not need a diet oonly healty excersise

Your weight is not changing because your body is building muscle.
weight of Muscle>fat
Keep a photo diary, you will be impressed.

agree..could be that the scale is broken. if its not, then maybe your body needs more intense workouts (not necessarily longer ones). if you're burning more calories than you consume, then you will definitely lose weight. however, you dont have to count every single calorie; just make sure that you're constantly moving around..because even if you take out the junk food, that's not a surefire sign that you're going to lose weight.

I know its very frustrating, but you're not doing anything wrong - you're doing everything right! It's just one of those things that just takes time... (which really sucks). Everyone is different - some people drop weight in the 1st week, others take a month or longer for the results to show. I understand & know how you feel... for me it takes about 5 weeks of doing everything right before I start to see results. Keep working at it - It WILL happen!!! & make sure you seek out support when you need it (like now) so you don't become disheartend in the meantime. Keep at it, you're doing great : )

If you look at all like your avatar then you have nothing to worry about.

Three weeks, depending on your metbolism of course, is not a long time. Regardless of what the gurus that are everywhere now tell us, there is no 72 hour fix-it. Are you looking at the subtle things like dressing on salads, rewarding yourself before bedtime? Stay after it and please feel free to view my fitness answers, I'll defer to the pros for the diet aspect. Good luck.

With the exercise and diet change you could actually be building muscle mass slightly slower than you are losing fat. And since muscle weighs more than fat there would be no difference on the scale.

I could never tell exactly without knowing your body type.
That's just an idea of maybe whats going on.

Apparently your body got used to your routine workout. You have to up the resistance on your workout or up your training time. Check to see if you sweat when you working out and monitor your heart rate.

You aren't doing anything wrong. Sometimes it just takes time for your body to adjust to a new routine. Keep up the good work, and I am sure you will soon notice a positive change, both in your physique as well as your weight!

Cutting high sugar/high saturated and trans fat from your diet is good for your health no matter how you look at it. Good job.

From your pics, you don't appear to need to lose any weight. But, the bottom line of losing weight is consuming less calories than you burn. I would suggest that you analyze your caloric intake and make a strong effort to accurately regulate it. A great website to help you figure some things out is http://www.freedieting.com . Use their "calorie calculator" and look around in their "eat right" section. This will give you some great food for thought.

Many times I have seen people begin or increase their exercise routine and unknowingly also increase their caloric intake. When you increase your activity, your body will naturally want more calories. If you're not paying real close attention, you could end up toning your body at it's current weight rather than losing weight, which is what it sounds like with your circumstances.

Last, plug your goal weight into a BMI calculator and make sure that you're not shooting to become underweight. The adult one can be found at, http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adul... and the teen one at, http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calcula...

You're doing great. Stay encouraged and motivated to keep learning and to keep moving forward toward your goals.

are u serious??
if those pictures in the 360 profile is u.. then sorry but u must be dumb for doing that. (being honest)
i mean u look absoluteley perfect the way u are.. so just stop what ur doing.. and be back to ur normal life ;)

Joging is rather better idea.
