Alcohol and diet?!

Question: Hey guys. I recently started to watch my diet. Planning to loose like 5-7 pounds. And the only concern I have is about alcohol consumption. I usually do go out a lot and of course that involves a lot of drinking. Since, it is kind of lame just to stand at the bar and drink water I was wondering what would be the best choice regarding a drink? I don't usually drink more than two. My regular choices are usually mixed drinks like white russian or mojitos. Which drinks would be the "skinniest" ones ?

Drinking alcohol is bad for your fitness as you know.

It has 7 calories per gram, more than fat and carbohydrate and is easily converted to body fat.

When you go out the best drinks to get are anything WITHOUT sugar, mojitos have a lot of sugar, and capirihnas have even more.

Any light drinks with soda water are the best. They may not taste the best but they get the job done!

you should drink rich in fiber like nesvita because it can help your digestive system to digest food more faster and easily

liquor on the rocks.......

Hi,
