Do i do enuf excersize???!


Question: ok im overweight and trying to change that!
im 74 kg and approx 172cm tall.
i walk my dog nearly once a day approx 3/4- 1 km walk.
i play indoor soccer (wich will end soon)
but i am goin to do tennins and outdoor soccer (training too)
do i need to do more excersize???
i eat pretti healthy only have takeway once a month ( myabe once evry two weeks on occasion)
wat do i need to do else to lose weight?????
how much weight (in kilos) do i have to lose???

I think u seem to be doing enough excercise, as long as it's consistent with what u are eating, and your body is burning as much calories as you're putting in.

One thing u should take a look at more closely is exactly what u r eating, and when.

Low glyceamic eating is what u need to be doing.

That's eating foods that take longer to digest, i.e. raw foods, fruits and vegs, no white food, apart from basmati rice, but definitely no white bread. Infact try to limit bread, and white potatoes. Cooked carrots, and if u have to cook ur vegs, then lightly cook them so they are still crisp.

Also, rather than eating 3 big meals a day, try eating smaller amounts during the day, and cut down any snacks on biscuits and chocolate, and have fruit and a small number of nuts/seeds instead.

Try to remember that your stomach is as big as your fist, and if your meal is bigger than that you will actually stretch your stomach, and encourage it to expect the same amount the next time you eat. You need to train your stomach to only expect the right amount, which is about a fist size of food when u eat your meals.

Fill up with a glass of water about half an hour before each time you would eat and defintely make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water each day, pure water, filtered preferably.

I hope that helps you, and always believe that you can easily get to your ideal weight.

And remember its the little things you do each day that will add up, whether that's things that will increase your weight or things that will reduce it and create muscle.

One more thing, doing some weights will help to speed up your metabolism, ie. fat burning ability of your body.
