Why would you want to lose more weight, when your are only 118lbs and 5'6?
Do you want to lose your butt?? If you lose more weight you will lose your butt, and sexy curves. You should eat healthy and 6 times a day in small portions, then do a lot of abdominal and butt exercises. So you will gain sexy curves not bones.

Why would you want to lose any more weight? You want to dissappear?

I don't know why you would want to lose anything more. Guys like natural curves, not curves from your bones sticking out. Do yourself a favor and just be healthy okay?

I am a professional artist and I think you are perfect. After the formal, I want you.

According to the BMI scale, you're at a 19--at 18.5 you will be classified as "underweight." My suggestion? Relax--as long as your dress fits you (if it doesn't, that's what returns are for) and you're going with people you like, you will have a great time. Don't put yourself in the "underweight" category!

No one can answer this question. There are other factors that we don't know-- such as what type of exercise you will be doing, and what types of food make up these calories-- that go into weight loss.

Please don't stress yourself out to lose weight. You DON'T NEED TO. By all means, continue exercising-- it is a great and healthy habit. And make good choices regarding what you eat-- but do not lot lose too much more weight, or your BMI (body mass index) will be too low. You can calculate your BMI by just searching for a free BMI calculator on the internet. There are all kinds- like this: http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/
Your BMI is your measure of body fat and is a greater indication of health than weight by itself. If you lose more weight, your BMI will dip into the underweight category. I realize that many girls want to be underweight- but the fact of the matter is that when you are underweight it is not just your appearance that looks sickly-- your body stops functioning the way it should. At this point you won't have even nutrition to sustain your bodily functions, your mood will change and your energy levels will drop. In extreme cases, there are also physical results, like pimple breakouts and hair growing on your face.

Rather than looking at the numbers, try to get into good habits of eating right and exercising with the ultimate goal of being a fit person-- not trying to be the skinniest one at your formal. I think you are on a good start- your workout plan sounds great! Just make sure you are eating nutritiously and enough to satisfy your hunger. Drink plenty of water and you should be happy with your appearance at your formal or any day.
