I do 400 sit ups every night and im not lossing any?!


Question: There is no such thing as spot reduction through exercize.

You need to do fat burning exercizes such as walking, jogging, running, aerobics, cycling, etc. This will help you reduce your overall bodyfat percentage. Remove a layer of fat,. and you will be able to see the six pack that you already have.

Also, you might take a supplement that reduces cortisol in your system. (Cortisol supposedly causes us to gain more belly fat.)

My dad is a body builder and he says it take a while proble a month or two for results but idk im just guessing

if you have alot of fat in your abdomen area you could be building muscles underneath the fat so you need to also run and walk to get the fat down and just continue to do your sit ups and you will eventually begin to see results
