Question: will i gain weight from binging for 7 days of more than my normal calorie intake by about 1000-3000 per day?

how can i lose the weight while tryin to eat healthy (i've an eating disorder and am tryin to recover from it)

If you have been eating erratic or in a bad way your body wont be adjusted to eating normally
I suggest you throw away your scales and look at eating healthily.

When we change from a starvation mode to a healthy mode of eating initially we gain weight due to the body needing to be put into a different metabolic state.

If you continue eating healthily then the weight comes back off when the body has adapted to eating again.

also exercise regularly but don't over do it as you can also mess with you body's natural rhythms

You would definitely gain weight especially if you don't do any sort of exercise.

3500 calories = 1 pound

You automatically lose about 1200 calories by doing regular activities throughout the day.

So try not to consume more than 1500 calories, and you should be fine. Also, I recommend jogging for at least 30 minutes, then doing sit-ups and crunches.

If it's truly a disorder, why don't you see the doc about it?
