form what you paying the gym a year you can have a mini gym in your home, i have a weight bench, treadmill, bike,an elliptical, and a bunch of dumbbells. all them cost me $1500 something and they all good stuff bought them from sears with the extended warranty. that way you can do what ever you want
get an mp3 player, and headphones that block outside sounds. or noise cancelling headphones. whatever they are called
go for a nice long walk instead
Walking the aisles of the supermarket, climbing stairs,
cleaning around home, walking the pet, playing a sport, do a fun run, push ups from seat............. any movement is good for health and longer life. The other muscles lend the heart a hand and pumps along too.
Exercise keeps you bright and fresh-- the blood delivers oxygen and nourishment all around, the waste matter is taken away via the lymphatic system,
and the body becomes stronger and more buff.
Healthy body supports a healthy mind. Unhealthy mind usually harms a healthy body.
