I cant make myself?!


Question: I've been trying to lose weight. Everyone says to eat less more often.
But I cant make myself it more then once or twice a day otherwise I feel fat.
Any tips?

My opinion on the eat less more often theory is its crap. Think of dieting like Your body is a car, it required gas per day to travel. establish how far you travel per day? If your body runs perfectly off $7 per day to complete your daily trip thats what you give it. If you fill up $10 per day $3 worth of gas is going str8t to your a55. If you fill it with $5 per day you will run out of juice. If you have to eat $12 of gas per day cause 7 doesn't cut it or your at an occasion then you have to drive further that day to use your gas.

Only drink water, Eat three times a day only and eat your last meal before 5pm. Follow this guideline and you must lose weight. (It doesn't matter how many times you fill a car through the day it still uses the same amount of gas per mile. and the fact is if your eating less then your burning its impossible to gain weight.
Also metabolism is a made up thing, Its not like its an actually body part its just a theory. If you disagree go to the doctor and tell him you want to remove your metabolism....LOL

Losing weight is really a balance of calorie intake and use. The purpose of eating more often in small amounts is to increase the body's natural metabolism. Eating larger yet fewer times slows the body's natural resting metabolism, making the amount of calories you burn each day lower.

That's pretty much the basic most simple thing there is to losing weight. All the diet pills and dieting techniques are all little ways to try to manipulate this, but in the end it really is just hard work. If you want the results badly enough, you'll work through it. If not, then well, I guess it's just not for you.

Well honeslty you should eat less more often.
It speeds up your metabolisim.
Try eating smaller portions of food, and make sure its healthy food.
Dont feel fat though!!

It's clear that men usually consider dieting as though our bodies are mechanical equipment but we also must consider our social and emotional selves. A happy and positive outlook can be supported by taking steps out into the world, both physically (especially if you have parks or open countryside to enjoy) and socially (join interest group activities). Enjoy the food you eat instead of seeing it as the enemy.

Of course you have to eat wisely and keep the treats rationed but don't foregt to have a life too. Good luck.

Dont eat less more often!! What ever you do dont do that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why? Because then when you finally do eat something, insted of your body letting go of the fat in the food naturally, it'll hold on to it. Your body assumes its starving itself.You'll just GAIN more weight. Eat little bits through the day and excersize. NO JUNK FOOD THOUGH!!!!
