How many sit-ups/crunches do you do per day?!

3x30 bicycle crunches twice a week, as a part of my lower body workout. That's all you need really. Overly exercised abs are not healthy for your lower back, because they tend to pull you forward when you walk.

only do them at the gym,3 times a week.

i stopped doing it but i got up to 250 after a week and im only 14 lol quite good huh

None. I've walked off 100 pounds.

I haven't done them in a while, last night I though I'd try again, I managed 20 lol but i was exhausted and in pain with just 20.. i need to work out more!

At least 125 (5 sets of 25) every time I work out (3-5 times a week). I try to alternate between regular crunches and reverse crunches to work the entire ab area.

I do 150 a day - 5 days a week - but I also drink beer, so I guess it's just a break even. Good luck to you.

i do 60 sit ups a day but you should start by doing about 20 and then add about 5 every couple of weeks to build yourself up

maybe 20 minutes of direct ab training a week. great abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.

well If I'm watching an hour long TV show I usually do about 75 on each commercial break but I do another work out routine other times

none! i shud though. but i have a flat stomach.

One in the A M when I get up and another if I am feeling energetic when I go to bed.

I prefer going out to play football.. I run a lot

I used to do 400 every day but it became too easy. now Im down to three hundred plus a ten mile sprint. I think thats enough. Any more is silly.
