First have a clean diet., high protein builds muscle. Do 25 pushups with a set of 20-40 situps in between. Reach 100 on each. If you can 10 pullups front, 10 pull ups behind your head. Increase as strength increases. Also change your grip, and go wider. Without weight training you won't add much size though.

You need a full week workout regiment and a good diet, if you want to see any results. Doing some random exercises, no matter how many, won't produce anything except sore muscles.

1000,400,200

i would say 20each a day then increase by 5 a day
and drink plenty of water

it'll work out
donnnnnnnt give up :)

30 Minutes day and nights, you don't have to count at least you do what is your goal to have a Muscle. have a good day.

Push ups, pull ups, and dips. This is what you call a prison workout.

First, if you don't have the equipment go to Dicks sporting goods and by a pull up station. It will have pushup, dip, and pull bars on it. Plus handles for leg raises for the abs. Usually on sale for $99.

Second, you need to get some protein drinks. Don't need creatine or anything else. Go to GNC and get GNC brand MRP protein packets (use these after workouts), and get just regular tub of protein(for days not working out).

Now, for the workout. You want to superset all of these at once. Do 10(as many as you can) pullups, then straight to 10(as many as you can here to) pushups, finally 10(as many as can here to). Take a 1.5 minute break in between and go right to the next set. Do a total of 10 sets. Then do abs after total workout. Crunches and leg lifts. Do them til can't stand the burn no more. Start of about 4 sets. Now you may not get all reps in for these exercises at first just keep at it. Do this every other day.

This will get a lot of muscles going. Good luck, its not the easiest workout, but well worth it.
