What's the best way to gain muscles (probably chest muscles) in no time?!


Question: hey i am a 16 years old boy,
ok so i've got like 4 months till summer, and i really wanna gain muscle/abs in this short time. i dont wanna go to the gym, i wanna practice at home. i already have a barfix if it helps. so i need you guys help me and tell me few tips and exercices and thank you.

Do a lot of mass exercises for overall strength and get a lot of protein in your diet. some exercises to help build size are benchpress or pushups, chinups, pullups, shoulder press, bar dips, squats, and deadlifts. Put together a routine and se heavy weights to gain size. Don't just work out your chest or youll start having muscular imbalances which can lead to injury, and also look pretty stupid.

Lift heavy, do more sets with fewer reps (like 6 sets of 6 reps with 90-120 seconds of rest in between) take a full 2 seconds to raise the weight and a full 4 seconds to lower the weight, eat lots of protein, and consider using whey protein and creatine to supplement your workout and diet regimen.
