I have no time to workout, seriously!?!

Question: i have no time for the gym anymore. i work 9 hour shifts at a new store loading boxes, doing lots of walking and lifting and by the time i come home, i am exhausted and it is too late to work out. i try to eat as healthy as i can. i'm a vegeterian also. and i used to go to the gym 5 days a week, but now i can barely get in 1! would my job count as my exercise since i do soo much activity? its not like i am sitting on my butt at home lazy or anything. i just want opinions and what can i do to get in more exercise wihtout becomeing exhausted?

Try Yoga. It will help you unwind and it is also really good to tone up your body. I have 2 kids and a fulltime job and I know exactly what you are saying. I find that yoga is my me time and I feel so much better when I do it. Good Luck!

you seem like your doing a lot of activity at work... i think your doing enough now just watch what you at and you will be good

If your doing alot of lifting and moving around at work then at least you're getting some exercises. Try doing some squats and lunges while your loading the boxes, they're great and easy to do anywhere.
