What is the best exercise for you stomach to keep it flat ?!


Question: i have a flabby stomach and i really want it to be firm and flat for my holiday which is in april ...
ive heard that sit-ups and crunches are the least effective way ! ... and that cuttting out junk food is good . But i want to know a really quick effectie way to fight my fat flabby belly !

The ONLY thing to get rid of flabby stomach is to do cardio to lose fat! that is the only way..... doing crunches and sit ups will not help you at all, that'll only build muscle under the fat layer and fat layer will still be there and you will still look flabby.

again, the ONLY way to lose body fat is to do cardio, minimum 30 mins a day, no sugars, no junk food, only water, no juices or sodas.

There are several options which can help you out. Obviously sit ups and crunches or any excersises which work your core muscles will help you tone up the stomach. Also overall body excersises like pilates and yoga can help you strengthen your core.

In regards to food, try to eliminate some sodium in your diet as that can cause you to retain water and that can make your stomach look less firm. I gave up Diet soda which has lots of sodium in it and lost 2 lbs, granted, it was probably water weight, but that is because of the sodium and I could definitely tell the difference when it came to my midsection.

a quick and effective way is to cut back on the junk drink up some water and do like full body training daily.. running toning..it will only take about an hour a day..worked for me in 2 months :)

this is how i keep my belly flat i do exercises and i eat whatever i want lol but just take walks and stuff like that

Check out a move called the Plank! It's a Pilates move that works for me in a way that no amount of crunches can. While its true that cardio and calorie reduction remove fat, without good, strong muscles and very good posture there is no way to have flat abs.
