Just remember how you feel right now next time you want to eat so many carbs. Think of what you want to look like after losing all of the weight, and say to yourself "eating these carbs will only reverse the weight loss!"

Don't beat yourself up over it; it's only one day. We all have bad days with eating right, so just take this as a lesson and learn from it for next time :)

you know you have to want it deep inside yourself nobody can help you with that i had that problem 5 years ago i was fat now im bodybuilder :) so I hope you wont get fat or something i think you should put a calendar on your door when you exercise or if u ate good food today and put some fat people pictures on you door just for motivation

Anynomous is sweet lady the one that answered before me :*

are you feeling OK? its only 50 carbs. you ain't going to gain anything.. are you serious? 50 carbs....lol.........dont worry you wont put no weight on

Well, to be honest, there's not much to do about it now. Just get some exercise in. Exercise releases endorphins in your brain, resulting in a natural high. You will feel better about yourself, and you know that you can still fix it by doing good tomorrow. This was just a one time thing. Don't beat yourself up for it. : )

whats the big deal its its 30 carbs more then you planned to have just call this a hiccup on the road to success!!! just start again don't get disheartened. the main thing is you have recognized you minor error and you can move on

Look, we mostly all have been on diets and failed ...A LOT! It is very hard and depressing when you overeat, but it is not a horrible ending.Every morning is a new beginning, a new start. Clear your mind, focus, and try again. Regret is a useless emotion...you cannot change the past, focus on the future. You will be fine. Good Luck!

well i don;t know how much(If anything) you will gain but please don't feel so bad, because when we diet we need all the positive energy and encouragement we can get so if you get to feeling down then you might just give up and we don't want that! I am no expert but when you have a slipup you have to identify the trigger that made you overeat or eat too many carbs and next time you feel that trigger coming on redirect yourself, your mind, exercise, call someone or whatever but don't beat yourself up. Good luck honey!

Don't beat yourself up over it, that's the wrong thing to do, just remember that you have a certain diet to maintain, because you started a diet and you have to stick to it for it to work. And I'm sure you won't gain a lot of weight, so long as your average diet is healthy and you exercise.
