Question: When it says Calories 120 and then next to it it says Calories from fat 80 does it mean that 80 of those 120 cals. are from fat or does it mean that there are the normal 120 ones AND the one's from fat? If so...what's the difference and should I be even more cautious about the one's from fat?

It means of those total 120 calories, 80 calories came from fat (66 percent of the calories are coming from fat.)
