Forearm exercises I can do with dumbbells....?!


Question: I only have dumbbells at home and need some forearm exercises. I need forearm exercises that I can do standing up.

ok, with dumbells in hand, put your arms behind you. do this standing. kind of with the back of your hands resting on your butt, palms facing away from your body. then just curl your wrists up, do that for about 10-15 reps, you will feel your forearms burning!!

ah, french curls, but they're pointless, gay looking, and you have to be sitting.

Just do curls, they'll strengthen your forearms.

standing up relax ur arm an grab the dumbell by ur side facing forward. slowly raise the dumble as high as you can with ur fist only moving . ur elbow should never move.
Do 5 Sets 12-8 Reps for each hand.

Any arm excercise will stimulate the muscles of you forearms. To specifically target the forearms you should do forearm curls.

A forearm curl is executed in the same manner as the biceps curl, except your palms are facing the opposite direction.

why dont u go to gym?
