You can get frozen dinners, with the Healthy Heart tick or something like that, that will be better for you, than say, a frozen pizza, but nothing will ever be as good as a plate of steamed veggies or a bowl of salad. You can't beat that. You may be surprised at how easy you can whip something up, that's healthy, filling, and will inhance your weight loss. Even if you're convinced you don't have time, it just takes a little effort, and you can have a much better and healthier dinner. Throw together a salad with a packet of pre made salad mix, cherry tomatoes, cheese cubes, cucumber, whatever you want, and that could be dinner. Alternatively, boil a bunch of fresh veggies for 20 minutes, and there you have it....

Yes..

Some of those diet dinners are okay, some are crap, in my house we use the Weight Watchers ones and also the Lean Cuisine ones because they have more veg in them.

But really the best thing would be to make one day a week a cooking day, make a bunch of casseroles and things, with you favorite grains and veg, and freeze them in single servings. Fresh food you make yourself doesn't have all the extra chemical stuff in it....who knows what that is?

YES,

The best frozen dinners are Lean Cuisine. They are over 200 different varieties and most are under 300 Calories. They have low fat and taste great.

They have no preservatives and pretty low sodium. The vegetables are flash frozen so they taste like fresh.

If one doesn't satisfy your hunger, an apple is a perfect addition or any other fruit you like.

There are certain lean cuisines with more protein which you can find at the store.

Weight watchers is a great tool to use too. You don't have to goto meetings or anything, just read some information online.

Points are fun!
