Is this too much to work out ?!

Question: At school I take lifting 7th period instead of lunch class ( I skip lunch and go to the weight room), I only lift for about 15 minutes. It is for track conditioning. Then I have gym class 8th period where twice a week we do cardio and the rest of the time we play basketball or volleyball or baseball. Now, I am thinking of taking fitness 4th period and running the treadmill for 30 minutes during that. That way I could be in shape for track. Would taking fitness be to much excerising for my health? I am 15. I weigh 115 pounds, and I'm 5'5

No. What you are doing is perfectly healthy. Just be careful not to over train during your lifting. You should work muscle groups on alternating days to avoid this from happening.
