If you want to get seriously big you have to realise that it is going to take a lot of effort and a lot of dedication in and out of the gym...

Go to www.bodybuilding.com and read some articels about nutrition.

Being massive is not a part time affair, you have to live it and breath it, if you just want to get ripped to pick up chicks at a bar you probably won't get as big as you want to be, doing things like partying all night and drinking alcohol are counter productive to getting massive.

keep drinking the milk and stay consistant.

Maybe a protein shake.
Like make your own concoction

eggs milk?

Go to your local GNC. They've got all sorts of protein drinks, bars, and powders to choose from. Don't forget. If it doesn't burn when you're lifting, use more weight.

eat things that have protien make your own shake...like milk and eggs....eat things like peanutbutter

You should get a protein shake that you can mix with milk, but drinking a lot of protein doesn't mean you will get huge muscles like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Muscle mass is gained by Anaerobic exercise. Lift the heaviest weight you can just a few times (only 5 to 10 reps). Rest in between so you don't get your heart rate up. Increasing your heart rate will burn calories and make the muscle lean, not big and inflated. Eat carbs and proteins.

Milk proteins are always going to be good. They have a habit of slowing down your bowels though, so make sure you're also upping the fibre. Body building shops sell whey protein for this very reason.
If you want to spend a bit more money, an amino acid complex could make slight increases to your gain rate.
A lot of it will come from the type of exercise though. Some places will say that high resistance at low reps will build muscle. I've found that just working to the pump (at higher reps, slightly lower resistance) was a far quicker way of doing it. Vary things, see what works for you.
