Do you have a specific event that is coming up in 10 months that you want to loose the weight for?

I ask cos I think you should be aiming for steady safe weight loss that you can maintain in the long term. It's generally stated that 2lbs per week is a safe amount to lose which would not bring you all the way up to 66lbs lost. It may be possible to lose that much but it may not be what is best for your body.

I suggest that you set yourself mini goals along the way. I've found it really helps to break up the total amount into small bits so I don't feel so far away from goal. Eg 8lbs lost in 4 weeks. Then I reward myself with something when I get there. It's a great motivator to keep going once you've hit one goal.

I've been using http://www.extrapounds.com/ to keep track of everything. I have a little tracker that shows me how much weight I've got left to lose until I reach target and how many days I have left to do it in.

I think you should be eating more calories, you'd need to get professional advice but I think 1200 calories might be a safer number. Please look into that as I think 600-700 is too low.

Best of luck :)

yes sounds possible, Do a lot of aerobics

no u can't. after u do intense work out and lose some weight your body gets ajusted to work out routine and stops losing fat. for instance i have been training hard for many years now and when i gain 2 kg during my period when i can't work out i can't lose them ever. it takes months and months to lose 2 kg with hard work and eating right. and keep in mind i have perfect body so i don't even need to lose tones of weight. the less weight u need to lose the harder it gets

You are only eating 600-700 calories a day? If I read that right, you are going to cause your metabolism to come to a screeching halt! Don't drop below 1200! My suggestion to you, is interval training, once your body becomes efficient at a certain exercise, it requires less work, try changing up your routine to keep your body on its toes so to speak.

You can lose it, I have a friend who lost 125 pounds in a year. Just stay properly hydrated (96 oz of water a day) and eat a more well rounded healthy diet, without dropping the calories so low, and with plenty of good old exercise, I think you will make it!

Yes you can lose that amount of weight if you completely dedicate yourself to a healthy lifestyle. BUT you cannot consume under 1200 calories a day. Seriously - you won't lose weight that way (and if you do, it will just come back quickly).

I track my calories on fitday.com and seriously it's the best website.

I would suggest trying cleansing your body. I found cleansing to be the best weight loss program. I have ever tried. I lost 12 pounds in a week and 29 pounds in a month. I feel better since I removed the toxins from my body and shed some unwanted pounds. I did weight watchers, Jenny Craig and Medifast. I found that cleansing was the best since I saw results quickly and that kept me motivated to stick on the program.
