What could I do working out wise and losing even more weight?!


Question: 5 "11 143 I was 156 so have lost 13 pounds in 5 almost 6 months of working out I'm starting to get ab definition but don't want it I have one row starting but want a flat stomach what can I do ? and what is the right weight for my size I've also had two childern both c- sections and its really hurting me in one area of my stomach where they cut up above I can't get it to go down its like a little hump=( I want to go back to being sexy not that I don't love being a mom but miss my old body I've been trying so hard I got that slim in 6 and doing the 11 lb weightbar and 6lb each arm for wrist weights I have a bench press and do 200 a night and am also doing that gravity boot thing. I'm glad I'm losing weight and all but don't want abs and want to lose faster if possible its really been bothering me cause I've always was real skinny( am wanting just firm tone not abs or huge muscles ) and don't wanna lose my breast lol!

Maybe you could add yoga to your routine as well. I am a mother of 2 and I do yoga in addition to my workout. I have found that it is great for the mind and body. It tones you up a lot and it is very beneficial for you. I hope that helps.
