Well i am always on a diet. (i seem to be)

as your 13 you shouldnt be on a diet but i cant say anything about that and if you really want to loose weight you will find out how to do it at sme point anyway..so..

you could go on the cereal diet where you have one bowl of cereal in the morning a salad or soup for dinner and then cereal for your tea.

Or go on a detox for 2 days , just water fruit veg ..
then eat really healthy food after that.

I always go on a soup diet. Where i have cereal for breakfast as normal then i have soup for dinner and tea and you'd think that would be boring but i make my own soup which is fun cos i love cooking so i really enjoy it when im eating because ive made it myself.
When i go on this diet i can loose up to a stone in a month. Its really good :) oh and really you dont have to just have dinner and tea you can have abit more cos it has hardly any calories in and no fat. :) look for soup recipes online.

Cut out bread and red meat if you want.

oh and you can lose quite alot of weight in a month but to be healthy stick to 7 pounds, im sure that would be fine.

as your young though dont worry about what you eat just do more things to exercise. fun things! go swimming with your mates. Get someone to go jogging with you! good luck ayway! xo

smaller portions., 3 meals a day 2 snacks of fruit or raw veggies.
climbing stairs or walking briskly every day for 20 minutes.
no more fried foods like crisps or chips
cut out the dairy products and red meat

At 13 you shouldn't be thinking about Diets or going on a Diet... the best possible way to lose some weight fast is increase your water intake... think about what you drink? do you drink softdrink/soda? juices? well they're full of sugar... unless they're diet of course... replace those with water and you will flush out your system of waste and toxins. Water is a natural appetite surpressant so most times when we feel hungry it's actually because we're thirsty.
If you don't like plain water them add a squeeze of lime or lemon to it.
Try drinking about 1 gallon a day make sure you have a drink before a meal as it will fill you up also and you will eat less at a sitting.
Remember eat things in moderation, a little bit of everything is always ok... whatever goes in your mouth needs to be worked off... so how many calories you consume it needs to be burnt off somehow. Dance!!! Have fun and make water your new best friend!!
Good luck... but remember don't diet... dieting is SOOO 90's!!!

Cut down your portion sizes, cut down on your fat and sugar intake..
What works for me is to have the tinyist bowl of special k for breakfast,
Have soup for lunch,
A tuna/chicken or ham salad for my evening meal.
No snacking between meals and don't eat after 7pm!!!
Walk everywhere, cycle, don't doing any weight baring exercise as you'll bulk up.
Yoga id also great for toning...

What does 8st mean??? I have no clue how much you weigh, so I can't accurately answer the first part of the question. Weight loss depends a great deal on starting weight. However, I will say that if you are actually overweight by a bit, and willing to do moderate exercise, you can lose a few pounds a week, *maybe* up to 15 in a month. If you are obese and/or are willing/able to do heavy exercise, you could lose more.

The best way for you to lose the fat but not add on lots of bulky muscle is for you to do a lot of light cardio. Don't do anything much involving heavy weights, and it should be fine. Run, power walk, bike (not too steeply uphill, as this will add muscle), swim, or play sports in which you move around a lot. You could also use a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike, or stair stepper.

Whatever activities you choose, do them for 30-60 minutes at a time.

If you are doing these exercises with just your own weight, they won't add too much muscle, but rather, will tone up what you already have. Since you're primarily concerned with your legs, this should do the trick.
