A healthy weight is the weight your body naturally settles into when you consistently eat a nutritious diet, are physically active, and balance the calories you eat with the physical activity you do. Reaching a specific weight is not as important as the lifestyle changes you make to become healthy.

over weight to me is hmmmm... when u struggle to do things like play sports, or even walk w.o breathing like u got asthma?

I think if your you've got a bootydo, you may be overweight.

Whats a bootydo?

Well its when you belly hangs out further than your booty do.

I think being overweight means being an unhealthy weight for your body and if you eat unhealthy foods and don't exercise, no matter how big or small you are I think that's the important thing.

I think fat fat (appearance wise)starts at like 20 lbs over the middle of the recommended healthy weight... even at the high end of the healthy BMI is starting to look a little chubby. course, that's not if all that weight is muscle! healthwise I think the fat measurement thingy where you measure the fat percentage on your body is pretty much right.

When your butt takes up more than one seat on a airplane or you can't fasten your seatbelt that's a usual good indicator that your overweight.

Any wheight above what yours should be (according to age, sex, height, etc..), even if it is a pound, it's considered overweight.
