How can I lose 10 pounds extremely quick!!!?!

Lots of cardio, and I mean lots. The stair stepper is great. Get on that stair stepper and put it on a high setting. Stay on it for 20 minutes at a time then take a 5 minute break, drink your water, then get back on it for another 20 minutes and repeat. Do this every day.

If you can not do that then you will not lose the weight. You need intense cardio to lose this 10 lbs and quick. Intense cardio is the only way you are going to do this. You may not want to hear this but that is reality. Bight the bullet and just do it!!!

well i know cutting off soda completely is a really great way because of all the sugar and caffeine in it puts about 5-6 pounds on a person.

Thats a really good weight, but if you insist on loosing 10lbs dont puke,, Take exlax, eat fiber, and go to a sauna and sweat it out. (not reccomended all at once) Maybe get a colonic, Because these things are all extra baggage persay, its not YOU, its othe stuff that builds up.

Quick as in 2-3 days? Drink gallons of water and eat a piece of fruit every 2-3 hours. Quick as in a month? Same as above, eat a small meal 2-3 hours, and hit the gym often for at least 35 minutes.

The soundest thing you can do is to invest $15 in a nutrition book. There are several that come to mind. Nutrition for Dummies, The Everything Nutrition Book and The Complete Idiots Guide to Total Nutrition. The second one is my personal favorite because it gives you tables to measure body fats: (like the one on page 4 that claims you are underweight, not overweight). So, take a deep breath and exercise more. Make your body burn fat better. If you lost 10 pounds you would throw yourself into an unhealthy weight for sure. Please don't be foolish.
