The perfect push ups work really well for toning and in some cases building muscle. I got ripped from using the perfect push ups. I actually have a web site,

It has great information on the perfect push ups. It has me doing the 21 day program that comes with the perfect push ups. Overall, I recommend the product, but be sure to check out my web site before you spend 20 to 40 dollars on them!
