Not many people have enough calcium...?!


Question: I want to know if theres a formula to calculate how much calcium YOU specifically require in a day. Me and my girlfriend are worried that we arnt getting enough calcium, among other things, and wanted to know when we got as much as we needed. I'm becoming desprete, so please, if some 1 knows, i really need an answer.

1300 mg.
that's tough. i really wish i could tell u but i'm not sure
There is a standard government recommendation of 1200 mg/day.
