Lose weight off stomach area and gain a 6 pak?!


Question: im 14 >.< and i do way to much exercising on my stomach and no results at all i do probably over 20+ mins a day just on abs the rest is pushups or something else. my yew years resolution was to gain a six pack b4 summer so i can show it off =] any advice?

The people who are telling you to do more abdominal exercises are 100% WRONG. In order to get a six-pack you need to get your body fat below 13%, and that takes strict diet and exercise. All the crunches in the world won't get you that washboard midsection. You have to watch what you eat, how often you eat, and you need to do more exercise to burn fat. Abdominal exercises will help define your abs, but they burn very little fat.
