Please don't worry about your weight at that young of an age! I'm speaking from experience....I have unfortunately gained some weight here at college, but looking back on pictures from times when I thought I was "fat", I realize how thin I truly was. But if weight is a concern for you, talk to your doctor about a healthy weight for you. Also, try looking on line for medical websites that offer a BMI tool that can help you figure out a healthy weight for you. A tool like that will figure in your height, age, and weight to determine whether you are at a healthy level or not. But most of all, try as hard as you can to be comfortable in your own skin. At your age though, your body is definately still growing, so weight shouldn't be amongst your top priorities...odds are, you'll grow into it! In the meantime, try to avoid falling into bad eating and lifestyle habits...good luck sweetie!

okay first of all im extremely tired of girls thinking there too fat. trust me hunny, i'd rather have the extra baggage you think you have then be stick skinny. just be happy with what you look like and who you are! your probably lacking in the self-confidence department but that will come in time. you don't need to lose any weight! i promise. no one has the perfect body even those models you see in magazines have flaws, just be happy with what you have becasue it could be soooooo many times worse. hope this helps!

First you are 13, you shouldn't be worrying too much about your weight. Second 120lbs. is not fat.

If you really are concerned with your weight then go for a 1 mile jog 5 days a week and keep increasing the distance as you get more endurance. Do not lift weights. At your age you do not need to be lifting.

I'm exact same height too! Anyway, I think a normal weight for you would be about 90-95 pounds. But why are you worried about your weight? You are beautiful just the way you are! Be confident! And if you can't..then you should probably lose a few pounds. I wouldn't worry too much about sweetie! Just eat more fruits and veggies, and instead of reaching for the ice-cream, reach for the yogurt. Instead of reaching for the Cheeto's grab some pretzel sticks!

your bmi is a healthy 24.2 which is in a healthy range but if you want to tone up do situps and crunches every day i hope this helps!!!! :]
try eating celery insted of cookies,fries and always drink milk it helps build musle also!

I weigh 125 and I am 5'6 and Everyone says I am perfect or a little to small if that helps

You're not fat. According to recent body fat density research, you're in good condition. Its good to want to be healthier. Just don't think you're fat when you really aren't. You'll have a better time at parties if you don't worry so much about your figure.
