It's not possible as you only have 3 weeks to do this.
You'll be able to drop 5-8 pounds safely in that time, and 8 would be pretty extreme.
The human body is not designed to lose weight too quickly or when you feel like it. There's a limit of roughly 2 pounds a week that you can safely shed and not have the weight bounce back on you once you stop.
ME TOO.. im going to florida march 2nd and need to lose a lot of weight FASTTTT.
i'm going to buy some slim fast tomorrow and replace my dinner with it. and im also going to exercise a lot.
