Is it true..Cardio makes you hungrier than strength training?!

Question: yes and no, depending on time you exercise in the morning is the best calorie expenditure,
but strength training burn more carbs in your body. and if you have more muscles in your body your resting calorie burns are more efficients than just Cardio

it is depending on your body type, if you are skinny you need to do more strength training,

if you are overweight you need to do Cardio more often.

It would because you burn more calories with cardio then you do with strength training :)

yes because it uses up more energy.

It just depends...
If you engage in high-intensity cardio for an hour, you will burn quite a few calories (upwards of 700-800). If you strength train for an hour, you will burn less than a cardio routine.
The two exercises are different and deplete your body in a different way. So after a hard cardio workout, the burned fat can make you hungry or after the weight training workout, the exhausted muscles can make you hungry.
Personally, I'm ravenous after both types of workout. Just make sure you eat clean!
