Ripped fuel is actually a fat burner, and it does not preserve muscle mass. To preserve muscle mass, you either need amino acids in forms of BCAA or EAA.
On days that you do not workout on, you may skip it. I take mines on the days of grogginess. Other than that, I take it before my workouts only.
Also, excessive caffeine consumption could lead to adrenal fatigue.

Save it for work out days. It's not a bad idea to give your body and your digestive system a break on the same day.

If you're looking to build mass I would continue to take it as its easier to turn the mass to muscle. I would also look up Nutratose online as it helps rebuild the muscle once its broken down.

Try not to take on the day you don't work out. I just gives u excess calories as the muscles just waste the excess energy

Rippef Fuel is a metabolic accelerator, meaning it speeds up your metabolism by giving you a great source of energy. Think of it as NOS for your body. If you are taking it to help you stimulate weight loss, then keep taking it as it is known to help, if you are using to give you energy when lifting, it probably isn't doing a whole lot. If you are mainly looking for weight training energy then start taking a Nitric Oxide supplement, i recomment superpump250.
So if you are using it to lose fat, then keep taking it, including on your non workout days. If that isn't what your taking it for, then it is probably a waste of money
hope i helped and
Good Luck!

ripped fuel does not preserve muscle mass,it's also garbage,i would recommend lifting for mass, for a period and then go into a cutting phase,i never do cardio when I'm building because it's counterproductive to muscle gain.
