I am a 125 pound thirteen year old that benches 140lbs.?!
Question: I know that it doesn't seem like I need to increase it but I enter competitions and my goal is 160 by March 14 because it's my birthday then and that was my thirteen year old goal, so how can I achieve that goal because I am stuck at my 125lbs. body weight and 140 benching weight so I am at a plateau

start eating alot, an increase in body weight will allow you to overcome that plateu..
make sure that you are getting sufficient rest after workouts so your arent fatiguing your body.
EDIT: whoever gave the thumbs down is a faggit
Change your workout routine. If you are doing 3 sets of 10 go to 3 sets of 7, or go to 4 sets of 5. Everyone hits sticking points due to body memory. The best way around it is to change up your routine. Only do your max about once per week. Other routines are 2 sets of 15, 1 set of 20, or another one is 8, 6, 4, 10, 12. In the last one the 8 and 12 and the 6 and 10 are done at the same weight. The 4 you max.
Thats pretty cool! try eating lots of protien and dont work out too often! i bet you'll get it soon! good luck!
As you described you hit a plateau, what you should do is maybe drop the weight and do more reps for a week or two. Don't always use the same reps and go a little lighter on the weigh you use. Then gradually increase the weight and most likely you will break out of this plateau.
Or Just take a week or two off, You should do this instead it will pay off in the long run.
