Depends, the creatine can either be the holy grail or the holy waste of money. It is only beneficial (meaning you ONLY get benefits) during high intensity, quick twitch workouts. If you are not lifting heavy at low reps or sprinting 100 yard dashes, creatine is absolutely, positively....useless.
The amino fuel, good supplement.
The proteins, if you are a serious weightlifter, will become invaluable. You will see that you tear through bottles very quickly, its always good to have a stock pike. My favorite is Cytogainer-Bananas 'N' Cream. If you are a heavy lifter, you need 1g per lb of body weight of protein a day. If you are endurance, you need half a gram per lb of body weight and if you are sedentary, don't even waste money on supplements.

Also, on the creatine, the bottle probably says to take numerous scoops, this is a marketing ploy to get you to buy more in a shorter amount of time. The human body can only digest 3g of creatine a day, during exercise. This means, you only need to take...3g of creatine a day. 1 scoop is normally enough, and you don't really have to take any after the workout. Take a scoop 30 min to an hour before lifting/sprinting.
And, I apologize to the poster above me, but you are wrong. Growth hormone levels peak at 2 times during the day, during exercise and when you sleep. Growth hormone is a very big part of protein synthesis, plus, your body uses protein to rebuild the muscles during the workout AND after the workout. The best times to take protein are an hour before exercise and an hour before bed time.

The Serious Mass is ok, if you can keep it down. You drink the equivalent of a Route 44 from Sonic, but it is all milk. Good luck not puking.

It's all safe. Just remember it's best to consume right after working out - and it's also useless to absolutely pack yourself with protein and nothing else - you need other foods too! Go for fruit, carbs, and anything else healthy will really help.

Protein in a can? Interesting, but not the way our bodies evolved to get their proteins. Our bodies evolved to consume natural foods, especially fruits and vegetables, with some lean meat. Powders made from egg whites, soy beans, and whey are not natural. Why would you do that to yourself? Eat an apple, and some fresh raw tomatoes and bell peppers, and a few hard-boiled eggs, but no powder from a can.
